Very good instructions. Easy to understand. I particularly found the ipod directions helpful.
I thought this program was very beneficial for learning how to transfer files and music to ipod. I also learned how to transfer music from cds to ipod.
I felt that the information on Troubleshooting was helpful.

This tutorial is very easy to understand. The portion which demonstrated transferring music and creating new files was very helpful. This is a great tool for practice until it “clicks”.

The tutorials were very imformative, but too fast-paced. Please slow down so that the instructions can be followed with their own ipod.
There was a lot of good information in the tutorials, however I felt some of the information was given quickly. A slower pace so new users can process the information would be super!

Good tutorial–I will come back to it as I accumulate more music in my library. I needed to find out how to sync to multiple computers and find the serial number.

These are good tutorials. Very helpful for new users. However, I feel that Apple needs to update the tutorial to version 9 instead of version 7.
The tutorial was very easy to understand. I know with me being an older person it will come in handy and I will use it often.
